The Linsly School is located in Wheeling, West Virginia. It is within 2 hours of Pittsburgh, Columbus, and Morgantown. The ultimate goal at the Linsly School is to be inclusive and make every student feel like they are at home. This is achieved by creating an integrated community where students work side by side and develop meaningful connections with faculty. Character development and lifelong learning are two important aspects of attending The Linsly School. Students are encouraged to continue learning when the opportunity is there, as well as develop character traits that will set them up for success. Receiving an education from The Linsly School means gaining knowledge through a rigorous curriculum while also becoming a well rounded person. Students will learn about class materials but also about the value of building character. While at Linsly, students will grow politically and socially.

-Economics & Senior Seminar is a senior year course which teaches students micro and macro economics, taxes, finance skills, and how to invest money in the stock market
-The James F. Companion Leadership Institute is a four-year curriculum seminar and workshop experience where students build leadership and understanding to create future success
-The Prefect System consists of junior and senior year leaders appointed through an application and interview process to serve and help in all areas of school life
-The Advisee Program assigns each student with an advisor who them meet with daily to aid in building/ achieving goals and creating a positive experience
-Senior Research Essay is a writing project completed independently by students over a contemporary topic of interest
-Extravaganza is a community wide variety show which all student and faculty participate in during the spring
